He holds a PhD in e-journalism and MA in information sources and e news from the University Of Sheffield, United Kingdom, BA in information from King Saud University and MA in information from Al-Imam University. He was nominated in important positions: Secretary General of the National Commission for Narcotics Control, Director of the Center for Research and Studies in King Fahed Security College, consultant to Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development Organizations, advisor and president of the Information Commission for Human Rights Conference and consultant to the Conference on consolidating cooperation against terrorism. He is member of the International Association of Internet, Virginia, member of AEJMC, California, member of Emerlad Writers Group, member of Online News Association, Maryland and member of the International Communication Association, Washington. He has several books, lectures and valuable scientific researches.
