Saeb Nahas from Syria is chairman and president of Nahas Enterprises Group consisting of 30 companies operating in Syria, Lebanon, UAE, Sudan, Jordan and Iraq.  The group has extensive representation, partnerships and business relations  throughout GCC countries, Europe, the Americas and the Far East. He is a founding member (1970) of the World Economic Forum.  His numerous regional and international positions include Honorary Consul in Syria of Mexico and Kazakhstan. In Euope he is first vice-president of the French-Arab Chamber of Commerce in Paris and board member of the German-Arab Chamber of Commerce in Berlin. His many awards include decorations for merit from Senegal, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Mexico and France.
